Military and Overseas Voting (MOVE)

If you are a U.S. citizen, a resident of the Virgin Islands, and you are covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), you may contact the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP). For further information or to obtain a Federal Post card Application (FPCA), visit www.fvap.gov, email the program at vote@fvap.ncr.gov, or call 1-800-438-8683. Members of the U.S. Armed Forces may register to vote AND apply for an absentee ballot online by first creating a user account.
