Provisional Ballot
NOTICE TO PROVISIONAL
BALLOT VOTERS
Pursuant to Public Law 107-252
Section 302(a)(5) authorizes the local Boards of
Elections to determine if an electors provisional
ballot will be counted or not, after verification
and /or
a determination that the elector is eligible under
the existing election system, established by Act
4934, that is in accordance with Territorial law.
An individual who cast a
provisional ballot will be able to ascertain whether
the vote was counted or not and the reason that the
vote was not counted by written notification from
the Boards of
Elections or utilization of the Election System’s
internet website eleven days (11) after the date of
the election.
