ELECTIONS SYSTEM OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OFFICES CLOSED UNTIL THURSDAY, APRIL 30, 2020
Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, advises that “due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that all three offices remain closed until Thursday, April 30, 2020, with the exception of opening for limited hours to conduct the Nomination Petition and Paper packages process.” The dates for the Nomination Petition and Papers as provided in a separate Press Release starts tomorrow, April 7, 2020, from 12 pm to 3 pm and this Wednesday, April 8, 2020, from 12 pm to 3 pm.
ELECTIONS SYSTEM ANNOUNCE PLAN FOR DISTRIBUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF NOMINATION PETITIONS AND PAPERS
The Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, announces the Elections System plan for the distribution and acceptance of Nomination Petitions and Papers for the 2020 Elections, in accordance with Title 18 Virgin Islands VIC Title 18. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the office has implemented new measures that will minimize the risk to both staff and the public and will allow the continuation of the 2020 Elections Calendar Events. The Nomination Petitions and Papers will be available for pick up at the St. Croix, St. Thomas and St.

Elections System of The Virgin Islands Offices Closed Until Monday, April 6, 2020!
Supervisor Fawkes states “The Elections System of the Virgin Islands Offices on all three islands will be closed until Monday, April 6, 2020. This decision is in order to comply with the Governor’s and the Department of Health guidance addressed in today’s Press Conference. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves and determine on a weekly basis when it is appropriate to resume our normal operations. Our goal is to maintain the health and safety of the Staff and the Public.

Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, would like to informthe general public that the St. Thomas Elections System Office will be closed on Friday, January 10, 2020, for maintenance work. The office will resume regular business hours on Monday, January 13, 2020. The Supervisor apologizes for any inconvenience. Election System Offices Postpone Scheduled Training
Supervisor of Elections, Mrs. Caroline Fawkes, would like to inform the general public that the training scheduled for November 12-13, 2019, in the St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix districts, have been postponed. The offices in both districts are opened today and will operate regular business hours.
