Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, announces the Electronic Circulation of Nomination Petitions and Papers effective April 24, 2020. The attached Information Sheet details the steps to obtain the required signatures. In addition, the Office of the Supervisor encourages everyone to adhere to the Social Distancing Protocols, if they choose to circulate the petitions and papers by way of manual signatures.
Aspirants can utilize the Voter’s Lookup Application on our website, www.vivote.gov, to verify if the person is a registered voter prior to the electronic submittal of their Nomination Petitions and Papers, by requesting the person year of birth and physical address zip code. As we have always done, we highly encourage Aspirants to obtain more signatures than the requirement.
